They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
