Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! It looked brand new

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
