I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in
