Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Dr. Townsend is warm and caring, and always puts me at ease with a conversation about my concerns BEFORE going into the examination room.

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The restrooms at this office were spotless. . I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
