Dr. Ross and the nurses are great. The administrative staff members are just flat out rude. Like you're taking up THEIR time.

From the moment you walk in the door their staff is most friendly, and welcoming. They are warm and professional. Dr. Phil and Dr. Ross are both caring and generous in their time and treatment. I have always made positive health progress after visiting them. Any of my questions put forth were answered. They really took time with me. I really appreciate all the personal effort. The office is very easy to locate off route 97 north of Westminster Maryland. I would heartily reccomend their service. We have enjoyed the relationship for over 16 years.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

I was misdiagnosed when I had bronchitis, told my cough was due to a rash on my arm. They gave me anti itch cream and told me it go away. I ended up going to urgent care who had to take a chest x-ray because they thought I had pneumonia. Luckily it was just bronchitis.
