They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I dealt with Dr Jones and he and his assistant and the had me as comfortable as possible. I am so glad I chose them to go to. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who made my visit the best it could be! Kudos guys!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I couldn't believe how rude and verbally abusive he Dentist was. "Dr." Heath was a total jerk - I don't know any other way to put it. It is uncomfortable going to a dentist anyway and then to be screamed at . I don't care if he had a bad day - you don't treat paying customers like he did. He screamed ( with dental assistant present) I should get false teeth and not waste his time as he didn't have time to give a filling it was way after 5pm! I was flabbergasted! He took my money and billed insurance but did NO WORK. After going somewhere else the dentist's there all had nothing good to say about "Dr.": Heath. He has a poor professional reputation among other dentists. It was obvious Aspen Dental - Mr. Heath was not respected. I have not gone back and would NEVER recommend someone objecting themselves to Heath's verbal abuse!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I have been a patient for 12 or 13 years and have been pleased with the care that I and my family have gotten. i have recommended this office to many friends.
