There were a few times during the appointment that I felt like they were ridiculing me a little bit for some of my parenting opinions and I didn't appreciate it. It wasn't too bad, but I still felt uncomfortable. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I will not be recommending this pediatrician to any of our friends. getting referrals was a nightmare taking any where from a week to finding out they never made it when they were suppose to. The referrals lady even cursed me out after arguing about the referral

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
