I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.

My family and I have been going to this dentist for many years, my mom was a little girl going to Avalon and I was the same way & I've always loved the family setting I can honestly say they have had the same staff since I was a little girl from the dentist to the secretary. I went away to college about 5 years ago and moved to Atlanta for high school with my mom but Avalon was still my primary dentist so of course for many years I neglected my teeth, so when I finally came back they told me I had around 8 or 9 cavities and over time I needed to schedule visits to fix them... So, I would come from way down south just for the dentist and they would do nothing for me!! Waisting my time Telling me things like "you need to come back another day" everyone there is getting old and nasty! Dr Robinson is old and fat and can't even walk anymore and does nothing but roll around with a bad attitude! I used to love this dentist office but it's nothing like it was in the 90s!! There are long waits in the waiting room and the secretary got a bad attitude! I would suggest everyone to go to dr robinsons son on 111 & church he's young and nice and everyone there is friendly...

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
