They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room but she spends as much time with me as she does her other patients. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. She really listens to what you have to say and tries to find a solution. She helped me after dealing with an issue for several years because she listened intently and tried several things til we found a solution.
