I have taken my kids to these dentists for 8 years. The dentists and hygentists are great!! That's why we keep going. BUT...I haven't been able to get a smile out of the front desk staff in all of that time. I just don't see why the dentists put up with them.

I really enjoy the dentists! The hygenists are amazing and friendly. They really make the kids feel comfortable. I agree with the previous review about the front desk staff, however. They are not welcoming, never smile and are cold. They definitely leave a lot to be desired. I dread calling there and getting one of the front desk women in particular. She is very condesending. My kids like it there, and I enjoy the rest of the staff so I just suck it up. I wish they'd get new staff up front though.

I like Dr. Wilson and Dr. Evans both and the hygenists are very nice. The front desk staff is so cold and unfriendly. They are terrible. I have almost switched to another provider simply based on the rudeness and grouchy demeanor of these women. They are like robots that recite policy and appoint times...no smiles, no firendly banter, no sympathy or compassion.

I like the Dr.'s, so I just put up with it.
