Dr Butler was extremely thorough and immediately brought resolution to my medical problem. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and I left with the feeling that my well being was her highest priority. Her staff followed up with a phone call to make sure that I had no further problems or complications. Service was prompt with very little waiting time. Dr. Butler and her staff were extremely courteous and friendly and made me feel that I was important. The office is very neat, clean and orderly. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and encouraged me to call if I had any further questions or problems. Dr Butler was extremely patient and took time to make sure that I fully understood my condition and treatment. I would not hesitate to go back if I had any other medical concern with absolute confidence that either she could provide treatment and resolution directly, or would refer me to a specialist who could.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
I will be filing a complaint with BBB and starting a class action law suit against her practice.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Butler rushes in and out of your room. She has very bad bedside manner and is not appropriate. I waited 1.5 hours for my first appoint that was scheduled!
