Our children have been cared for by Dr. Gold for the last six years. She is an outstanding, caring physician and we have absolute confidence in her as our Pediatrician. Though we have often had difficulty finding doctors who were both excellent in their skills and experience as well as being accessible, we have found both with Dr. Gold and would not consider making a change.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The only thing that I and other mothers can agree on.....the front office staff is uncaring and borderline rude. Today I brought my daughter in for something that I find very worrisome. My entire family is on edge worrying about my daughter. I am waiting in the office now. Once again, the office staff was very short and rude. I work in healthcare and would NEVER treat my patients or their families this way. It would be nice to be put as ease in this trying time. At the very least...feel welcome and not like I am a burden on them. Thank goodness we will see Dr. Gold soon and hopefully get an answer to my daughter's illness.
