Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. The office was easy enough to find. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Yes! It was absolutely excruciating

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
