I am glad I didn't go by the reviewers that said negative things about Dr Avant. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend my friends and family see her. She took the time to answer the questions that me dentist never did and gave me the best root canal I ever had. I couldn't believe it only took about an hour. She was kind and considerate and even gave me sunglasses and a special pillow that helped my neck. I wish she could do all of my dental work.

I needed extensive Endodontic surgery a few weeks ago that was acomplished not only painlessly with Intra Venous (IV) conscious sedation but with skill, and knowledgible compassion from the entire office staff. Dr Avant has done several of my root canals in the past 10 years and when I had my most recent and urgent dental issue, she had the skills to perform a complicated and extensive debridment of a defect in my jaw follwed by a membrane and bone implantation in her well equipt dental office that features micro equipment, all dedicated for a positive patient outcome. She cheerfully answered the entire list of my of questions during my follow up post-op visit. Thank you Dr Avant, Heather and Lisa! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Avant to anyone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was always afraid to go to the dentist before but she was wonderful !!!! would recommend her to all my friends and family !!!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
