Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

I went to this office as a new patient for a cleaning and check up. I was very pleased with everything. A small cavity was found so I was rescheduled for a 30 minute appointment to have it fixed. I saw the elder Dr. Webster. Even though he did not introduce himself, nor did his assistent,,they seemed to be gentle and efficient. But after the 3rd try to get my lower back tooth numb,,he became angry. When he tried to drill for the 3rd time and I let him know that it was still not numb and very painful..he continued to drill. With me trying to move my head and get away,,he continued to drill. When he finally stopped, I was very upset and said I told you it was hurting dammit,,why didnt you stop!!?? He said well I was almost done! Then with me crying and in shock he cont. to finish my filling. He was very rough, pressing and pushing so very hard . I told him calmly I think you need to settle down. He said well its not me thats cursing. I was not consoled at all through all this .The man was angry and took it out on me. I will never step foot in that office again. He has a problem. When I went to leave and told the receptionist what had happen,,she just looked down and said I"m sorry......

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
