Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, my child couldn't stand them and we no longer see them

Sometimes, I felt a little ridiculed

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Additionally: My daughter was seen by another office and treated for a throat infection and ear infection. I was not satisfied and switched her to this office. IMMEDIATELY they listened to her and rushed her in for an xray ( which is conveniently located in the same building!). Thankfully so because she had pneumonia! They treated her and even gave us a breathing treatment to keep. I love this office she has been there patient for the last year and will continue to be! P.S. Judy ( the nurse) is AWESOME as well!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
