They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
