Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

This place sucks and so do the staff.This business should be shut down for good.the utensils were nasty and so were the staff.Don't ever take your children there they will be tortured by the staff who does'nt care about anybodys well being just out to get money....Where the hell did they get their degree from????They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.THe treat everybody like sh*t beacuse of medicaid...there are other places in jacksonville who take medicaid and trust me i will take that drive everyday to get my kids there before we come back to marina dental..THE ARE SO RUDE AND DIRTY

I went for a Root Canal yesterday and it took 6 HOURS!!!!! The staff made me feel like I was bothering them and they were very unattentive. My Cleaning didn't even last a full 5 minutes and then the lady told me that the Dentist was sooo backed up that my family and myself could take an hour lunch while he tried to catch but whenever we got back he was still an hour behind!! His dental instruments had rust on them and the dentist nor his assistants were no where near gentle. There was a 4 year old little boy getting a cavity filled in the room next to me crying and screaming..and I asked the lady what in the world was going on and she told me that it was the numbing process scaring him, but he kept continuing to scream and cry for over 2 hours. Soo, how was that just the numbing process?!?! I know Medicaid pays for your Dental and that they are a number 1 referal place to take Medicaid, but I went to a dentist before I went there and my dentist said I had 1 cavity which my dentist filled and I had to be referred to get the root canal..but this doctor said I have 3 additional cavities and need a ton of work!! Who is out for the money???? I went to school to become a Orthodontist Assistant and the only reason I have MEdicaid is because I recently had a child so I went to them and NOW I REGRET IT!!!! They told me NOTHING about my treatments and just kept adding to the list of things I supposedly need to get done!!! They are rude and unfriendly. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived.

Take it from a mother of two.ihad both my girls there and they were rude The lady has a real bad mouth she was cussing and my kids heard it..there wasavery scared little girl in there and instead of making her comfortable when her mother left the room i heardher tell the crying little girl to shut the hell up and lay back...also they don't clean their equipment they go from one mouth to the next.I WILL NEVER TAKE MY KIDS BACK THERE AGAIN...EVER!!!!..AND IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDRENS WELL BEING YOU WONT MAKE THEM SUFFER BY TAKING THEM TO THIS HORRIBLE DIRTY UNSANITIZED DENTIST .They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!

My son had a cavity so we went here because they had the gas instead of novicane. When he went into the back the dentist said if his cavity was by a nerve she would put a silver cap on it. hen my already scared child sat down in the chair they gave him shots. (I feel awful I didnt say anything, but I assumed they knew what they were doing.) They started drilling and he screamed at the top of his lungs in pain. They proceded to tell him it didnt hurt. They then gave him more novicane after he screamed bloody mary. They hit a nerve blood splattered in his mouth everywhere, and he screamed. They didnt stop to calm him and make him feel safe, instead a woman in the office came in yelling at him to be quiet. I told her not to yell. She argued with me, while the dentist drilled away and didnt ask her to leave and my son was in visible pain. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY TORTURED MY SON! The cap they put on him is was a permanent cap (did not know, if I did he would of gotten a white one not silver) It fell off an hour later anyways. Now I have to take him to another dentist and pay cash. Well worth it I will never subject him to hell again!

The wait time here is ridiculous. They overbook every single time, and the actual dentist is rarely there. They always try and send you to orlando to get any proper procedure done. Once they get started, they finish quickly and the staff is perfectly nice. If I was so poor, I'd switch but I can't. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back, simply because of the pain. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
