I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

Their office was cold, I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I expected it to be because it was extremely hot outside. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

Sometimes, I have to persuade Dr. Tidwell that I have an important concern that needs their attention. she didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she could have been nicer. She was pregnant at the same time. I just felt like she wasn't listening to me and that she was quite rude. I told the front desk that under no circumstances did i ever want to see her again. I'd rather hold my kid in if she was on call that night. The other doctors there were great. I had seen all of them once or twice. I would go back for the other doctors. But this woman was so rude, i don't want to risk having her at my appointment.
