They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I would recommend Dr. Hughes to anyone looking for a comfortable, knowledgeable OB/GYN

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
