Takes days to get an appointment/speak to a living breathing human being. You can leave a message for Marie as many times as you like, she isnt going to return you call. Even after leaving a message with the answering service, I never heard back from the office.
Its a joke. Dr Fehr is amazing but she needs new office staff.

Getting an appointment is next to impossible. No one in the office ever returns a phone call. Left a message with the answering service once and still never heard from the office. I had to call again later in the week. The relationship between the doctor office and the pharmacy is ridiculous. No one communicates and no one knows what the other is doing. Its a nightmare dealing with this office. Im going to find myself a new doctor.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The wait time is a bit long, but Dr Fehr takes a lot of time with me to talk through every concern I have. I think if her as a friend.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Their staff is a very friendly, welcoming staff . They are warm and professional, which and makes the whole experience better than most. They had some interesting magazines in the waiting room. The waiting room was comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was explained possible side effects of prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative and . They really go above and beyond to take care of their clients. I recommend Dr. Fehr and her staff without reservation.
