Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They cleaned my teeth! I've never had so mush as a cavity. No gum problems! Just some plaque to get off....They had the gonads to charge me $720.00 to clean my teeth! They were approached on the bill, and I was told that had to do a "deep cleaning" so the bill is justified. In my opinion they run an unscrupulous, deceptive practice! Highly recommend you find someone else!

UPDATE! The hygienist above failed to mention that this unscrupulous office failed to even bother to mention that they were going to perform a "deep cleaning" and that you were going to charge such an outrageous amount! Coincidentally, you performed the same cleaning on my wife's mouth and charged her half as much! If you had any ethics at all, you would have told me that you were going to charge me over $700.00 to squirt baking soda on my teeth... I would have told you thieves to take a flying leap.

Now you have the audacity to sick an extremely questionable collection agency after me. That would be IC Systems....look them up online...and see the multitude of web pages devoted to the unethical practices they use...just like you! Your office represents the worst of the worst!

I am a dental hygienist who has worked for Dr. Solomon for many years and believes our office serves our patients with exceptional care.

In regards to the previous "cost review" from another customer, I can assure you that your dental visits were not the same as healthy dental
prophy (or cleaning). There must have been some stage of periodontal (or gum) disease to have warranted a "deep scaling" as you stated and this WAS most likely sxplained to you, but misunderstood. Many patients think they are just "getting a cleaning" but it is so much more involved than that if your gums are not healthy. i.e. gums that bleed easily, or if it 's been several years since your last "cleaning", gum disease and permanent bone loss of the jaw can occur. And this would require much more attention and time to treat by the dental professional. Many times it requires several visits to accomplish and requires a full set of Xrays to properly diagnose.

I take pride in my profession and the office I work in, and can assure you we provide quality dental care that is indicative to needs of our patients.
