Terrible office. I was sent to the hospital by the office due to some bleeding. Hospital determined I was in a threatened miscarriage state. The hospital sent me for follow up bloodwork, which was promptly sent to Dr. Murphy's office, as was confirmed by an office worker. That same office worker told me someone would get back to me with my results by the end of the day, but they didn't. I called three times the next day, and was told again that someone would call me back before 4:00 p.m. They did not call. Finally I found a back office number and was able to get through to the office manager after hours to obtain my results. I find it completely ridiculous that the office failed to show the slightest bit of care, concern or regard for me as a patient. I was, and am, understandly furious, that I was forced to endure additional unnecessary stress as a result of this office's lack of actions. SHAME ON YOU, DR. MURPHY, as well as your office staff.
