They are not clean and they take their measures to protect themselves by wearing gloves, but they touch everything before attempting to put their fingers in ones mouth.
You MUST tell them to wash their hands, because that's the only time they will do it.

I had all the respect in the world for the dentist that treated me for my tooth pain. However I am in so much pain now I want to scream and cry to no end. I had three caps put on three of my teeth and the pain has been no stop since I got home. I have been back to the office three more times, at $20 each time, and they keep telling me I need a root canal. If I needed a root canal why didnt I get one to begin with. There is not a pain killer on earth that can make the pain stop! Not even Vicodin at its highest dose.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

My daughter was taken to this office by her dad because they claimed she needed a root canal. So they supposedly performed the root canal, well now she has had major problems because they did substandard treatment. The root canal was not completely finished according to her primary dentist. So now she was seen by a specialist to perfrom a retreat root canal. There was so much bacteria built and she has suffered so much that I really feel bad for her. I have requested her records and they refuse to give me a copy even though I am the custodian parent. How can a dentist office do this to a child? I'm very disappointed in them and I am having to pay so much extra now for the retreat root canal and another crown. I'm not by any means with money and can't afford to have all this completed now. Everyone wants money up front.
