I found this doctor to be patronizing and crude. Using phrases such as "drop your pants" to my 90 year old grandmother. Far from compassionate and understanding. He described what he was going to do without asking if the patient would like to proceed and without a clear explanation as to what the options were. The patient had a hearing problem and tried to be involved in one of the conversations happening between myself and the doctor and the doctor blew her off instead of including her.
