They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. He was very calm and understanding the entire time. Their staff was friendly enough, but they often fail to follow up ie test results.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

This place had a enough staff. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. They consistently fair to do what is promised, ie call after you lab results come in or call in a prescription. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The doctor really doesn't do much but refer.
