****The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. ****

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
