They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
