Their office is conveniently located and it was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are very reliable and I can secure an appointment within a week. All my questions were answered in terms I could understand and the recommendations were easily worked into my busy schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and address each and every concern with a degree of professionalism that makes me feel like they are listening. Although they are a very busy office and sometimes your time is interrupted, I never leave without having my questions answered to my satisfaction.

There was lots of available parking at their office.
I was unnecesarily charged for a consult visit and sent to get labs done again because the office forgot to include it on the original order so i had to pay extra for labs. I was charged 89.00 for the visit and the Dr. never answered my question or gave me a direction of what the next step was.
Idon't think i would want to return to this provider...I was left with questions unanswered.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
