I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
