He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
