They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

She was quite bright but was very misinformed on a number of issues yet sure she was right. I knew quite soon that I didn't want to see her again. Not only did she not welcome my questions, she dismissed any I was able to inject into a one sided conversation as unimportant. She didn't stop talking the whole visit and I still don't think she knew my concerns that prompted me to visit her. I felt like she didn't care about helping me.. The office staff listened, answered questions and were very polite
