I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Outside of Dr. Mcdowell they made me feel like I didn't matter and that I was a bother to them. The secretary especially and the large male nurse were really the problem as they made you feel as if you were on fire they may not throw water on you! Dr. McDowell is a good Dr. and a fine man, however, you leave there feeling as if you received bad service because of the terrible manner in which his lead secretary and nurse carry about their business.
I will never work with them again and I advise you not to either.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they are very reliable.
