Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.

I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I really love Dr Verdi we have been seeing her for about 10 years she really treats us as people and she has a great personality and great bedside manner, and she treats the kids really great, I would recommend her to anyone who has kids that need seen she doesnt overbook her appointments, and she is conveniatly located in winter park behind florida hospital.
