They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
