The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists I've seen, I would definitely say they were one of the best.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I didn't have to wait in their waiting room at all. They were ready for me right when I got there. It always frustrates me when I have to spend a bunch of time driving around trying to find a parking spot, but I didn't have to do that here. I found one right away, and it was right next to the entrance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early and they were still ready to see me.

Dr. Patel is a very nice and professional man. His wife has worked with me in reference to my insurance and their office staff is proficient and worthy of working in a mental health environment. Dr. Patel is a God send!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
