The doctor did a decent job with treatment. With that being said the office staff is rude and ridiculous. I will not be returning simply because of them. I never thought I would meet a nasty person in Tallahassee but there is an office filled with them. Go to Saff if you want to be treated like dirt.

Dr. Saff is an awesome doctor. I was able to make an appointment right away to be seen for testing for my asthma and allergies. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Saff sat down and met with me to discuss my symptoms at length before examining me. The nurse who did my testing was fantastic and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Dr. Saff met with me again after my testing to discuss with me in length the results of my testing and to go over my medications. He was even thorough enough to go through a picture book with me to show me the numerous plants that I am allergic to to help me avoid them. Overall, they really gave me the impression that the patient is their primary concern.

Dr. Saff is an arrogant , rude jerk. No help at all. Very condescending, treated me like I was a moron. Would not answer questions. Charged me over 800.00 to tell me to keep using the OTC medications that he told me to stop using before my visit.
Will be making a formal complaint with consumer services.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
