I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. And our kids love them. The entire staff is very interactive with the children and their office is child friendly!!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running relatively on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really like the staff, they are very helpful and attentive and NEVER rude. I left the city for about 6 years (when my oldest was still little), but when I moved back, they were the ones I went to for my children.
