I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They are never polite. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I had to wait a few days to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The Dr and PA are OK, but the office staff is awful! They are not helpful nor friendly. they would rather speak to each other rather than patients. They do not return phone calls nor do they do what they say they will do - espeically when it comes to calling in prescriptions or faxing them to providors like Medco.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

No, there weren't many to choose from

Never, they are very reliable.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
