I'm in the market for a new PCP. During my two visits to Dr Friedman, I've found he frequently fails to listen to my issues. I don't think he's rushed, I just don't think he's interested. My only successes have been a referral to PT and completed lab work that he never followed up on. His staff is very friendly, but I don't think he talks to them. The office was easy enough to find.

Dr Friedman was great at answering each and every question I had in-depth. He took time to carefully explain I had a question about. He covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.
