They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

The office was easy enough to find. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
