Dr. Toombs is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my life. She dismissed my non-healing rash as contact dermatitis when it obviously fungal in nature (has this verified by another dermatologist), and forced me to buy $120 of skin care cleansing products that I didn't need, then became verbally abusive when I declined to purchase them. Furthermore, her office has absurd rules. You must wear shoe cover booties upon entering the waiting area so as not to scratch her precious floor. What kind of an anal retentive person completely lacking in bedside manner does this? Please, someone get this women out of the public sector.
