I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely did have enough staff on hand. It was wonderful

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
