I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
