The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were very polite and courteous to all of their patients. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Stay away! Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. All of the advice they gave me was completely unbiased and helpful. I would trust their advice over any other doctor. I loved how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I almost didn't want to leave the waiting room.

Their office was really easy to locate, which made my whole experience even better. I wouldn't say they were an expert in all the latest medical advancements, but they seemed to know enough. I do wish they had kept up on their education a little more. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
