Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I came to this Dr. Malika to get a second opinion. The doctor I had seen was rude, treated me like I wasnt important and rushed through the whole appointment. Dr. Malika is the opposite. She didnt rush, she talked to me with respect and let me tell my story without interruption. She ran all of the test the first doctor wouldnt run. I can say that this is the way a doctor is supposed to be. The office was very clean and the staff showed excellent customer service.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
