Dr. Spalding has the nicest staff that I've ever dealt with in any medical office. Anytime I've called and they don't have the answer to my question they will call me back in half an hour or less. Often when they call back, Dr. Spalding himself is on the phone. They never make me feel like my questions or concerns are stupid and the Doctor makes eye contact when I talk and makes me feel like he's really listening to what I'm saying.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I feel they make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
