They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
