If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
