They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They had a few different appointment times available. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Waited several weeks for an appointment. Doctor was arrogant, made a quick decision without further testing and did not appear to be interested in discussing the reason for his decision. I felt like I was imposing on his time by being there. If you're looking for a doctor that will work with you and allow you to participate in your health care decisions, he's probably not a good choice.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
